Warrington Town will welcome Marine to the Cal.Delivery Stadium in the National League North on New Year's Day.
After falling to a 2-0 defeat away at Southport on Boxing Day, the Yellows will be hoping for a change in fortunes as they begin their 2025 campaign.
It will be the first meeting with the Mariners at Step 2, and it proves to be an important clash as Paul Carden's side sit six points above this weekend's visitors, who currently occupy 22nd place.
Below, we've compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.
There were no fresh injury concerns for Paul Carden following the Southport defeat.
All squad players will be available for selection with the exception of Andy White, who continues to recover from an ankle injury.
Warrington Town manager Paul Carden states that his side must kickstart 2025 in the strongest way possible with a reaction from their disappointing Boxing Day defeat against Southport.
The Yellows currently sit in 19th place in the table, six points above Radcliffe and Marine in the relegation zone. However, they have played three games and one more than both, respectively.
With an almost fully fit squad available for tomorrow's home clash, Carden insists that his players must step up ahead of this key fixture.
"It’s only three points, but it’s a massive three points because of where we are and the form of both sides," Carden said following the Southport loss.
"We could have gone above Southport with a win on Boxing Day, but we handed them three points.
"They were value for it but I’m so disappointed in the manner of the defeat.
"We’ve got to be ready and right for New Year’s Day because each game is big, but we’re at home against a side below us.
"We need to be so much better and show a reaction to Boxing Day.”
"We’ve got probably the strongest squad I’ve been able to select from.
"It was the first time I’ve had fit players outside of the 16, which should be a massive boost for us all but the performance and the way we shaped up was so far off it."
