Here are some of the commonly asked questions relating to tickets. This page will be updated with further regular queries.
You can buy tickets online or pay on the turnstile on the day, although it is cheaper to buy online. As of the start of the 2024/25 season tickets, prices are as follows:
Online: Adult - £13, Concessions - £9, Under 16s - £3 (*there is a £1 booking fee per transaction)
Turnstile: Adults - £15, Concessions - £10, Under 16s - £3
We currently only operate a cash turnstile - however, you are able to purchase a ticket online via the club website right up until kick-off.
Concessions are open to people over the age of 65 or who are in full-time education. Spot ID checks will be carried out at the turnstiles throughout the season, and anyone found to be using the wrong ticket type to enter will have to pay the difference and/or may be refused entry.
We currently do allow dogs inside the ground, as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. However, we advise that with crowds increasing, and certainly for busier games, it may be better for the dog if they don’t attend!
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if for whatever reason you are unable to attend a match, if you notify the club at least 24 hours before the match we can transfer your ticket to an alternative home match (subject to availability).
When a match is postponed, for example due to the weather or a change in schedule, tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled date. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled date, you can contact the club for a full refund.
A Warrington Town season ticket includes all home league games only - a total of 23 games. Cup and friendly matches all require individual match tickets.
We have very limited parking available. If you require a disabled parking space, please contact the club with your name and reg number well in advance of match day.
Carer tickets are available by right to those supporters who are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance - higher level carer or higher rate mobility, or enhanced level of PIP. Please contact the club with proof ahead of your visit and we will issue a carer’s ticket for entry. If you do not qualify but still require a carer, then they must purchase a concessions ticket to enter the ground.
