Yellows to face Chorley at home this Friday

Warrington Town will now have a home friendly against National League North side Chorley this Friday (7.30pm) at the Cal.Delivery Stadium.

The club moved quickly to seek an alternative opponent after Bootle withdrew from the previously scheduled fixture, that was due to be away from home.

2025/26 Season Ticket holders will be entitled to free entry to the Chorley home game.

Ticket and gate prices remain as per the other home friendlies - £10 adults, £6 concessions and £2 juniors.

It means the Yellows will play two home games in three days, with City of Liverpool already due to visit the Cal.Delivery Stadium this Wednesday (July 23, 7.45pm kick-off).

Paul Carden was keen to ensure a fixture went ahead as he continues to explore options within his squad, with several players appearing on trial.

The next friendly follows away at Vauxhall Motors next Tuesday (July 29) before the pre-season programme is rounded off at home against Buxton (August 2).
