Paul Carden has added three more to his Warrington Town squad ahead of the 2025/26 season kick-off.
Spanish striker Enock Lusiama, who featured from the start in the final pre-season game against Buxton, has penned a deal having spent last season in National League North with Marine.
The 25-year-old moved to England in 2019 and earned a professional deal with Accrington Stanley, as well as featuring for Southport, Halesowen Town and Atherton Collieries, where he scored 13 goals in a run of 17 games in the Northern Premier League during the 2023/24 season.
Teenage defender Jayden Lloyd has earned his chance to be part of Carden’s squad after training with the club since the beginning of pre-season, and featuring throughout the friendlies as Trialist E.
He has impressed the manager with his application, attitude and composure, with his long-term future thought to be at centre-back, although he can cover at full back or in midfield.
As revealed in yesterday’s match preview, young goalkeeper Li-Bau Stowell has joined the club on a month-long loan from Championship side Preston North End.
The 17-year-old is highly rated and has trained with Preston’s first team throughout pre-season. He will deputise for Liam Isherwood, who has been ruled out of the early part of the season through concussion protocol.
All three go in to contention for the season opener at home to Cleethorpes Town this afternoon.
