Warrington Town are on the road this weekend as they travel to face Rushall Olympic in the Northern Premier League.

The Yellows' mid-week fixture away at Bamber Bridge was postponed for a third time due to a waterlogged pitch, so they will instead look to bounce back from last Saturday's disappointing 3-0 defeat to Gainsborough Trinity with a trip to the West Midlands.

Both sides have faced off against each other this campaign, with the Pics taking a share of the spoils from the Cal.Delivery Stadium in a goalless draw in September.

Paul Carden had hoped to have striker Kallan Murphy back in light training this week, following his earlier-than-expected recovery from the ankle injury he sustained early season against Leek Town. However, Murphy has been hospitalised with an illness that is likely to set him back considerably.

Carden is hoping to add a new face to the squad before the Friday 5pm deadline to temper the loss of Niall Watson, recalled from his loan by Hednesford earlier in the week.
