Preview: Leek Town vs Warrington Town

Warrington Town are back on the road on bank holiday Monday as they make the trip to Leek Town in the Northern Premier League.

The Yellows secured their first victory of the campaign on Tuesday, with Enock Lusiama rifling home to secure a 1-0 win over Ilkeston Town at the Cal.Delivery Stadium.

With his side not featuring yesterday, Paul Carden will be hoping to utilise the extra training time to build some momentum heading into the clash at the F. Ball Community Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

It will be the first meeting with Leek Town since the 2014/15 season, when Scott Metcalfe fired Town through to the semi-finals of the Doodson Sport Cup with a 1-0 victory.

Below, we've compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.

Team news

Matthew Tweedley will be assessed ahead of Monday's trip to Staffordshire, after being ruled out of Tuesday's game with an ankle injury.

Midfielder Bohan Dixon returns to the squad following a bout of illness.

Enock Lusiama is a doubt for Monday's fixture after coming off the field with a hamstring issue shortly after his goal against Ilkeston Town.
