Defender Harry Flowers released

Warrington Town have agreed to release defender Harry Flowers, to enable him to take up an opportunity with a Step 4 club.

The 29-year-old linked up with the Yellows on a training basis earlier this season after 15 months out of action through injury.

He made his debut in the away win at Hyde United as a half-time substitute following the injury to Chris Doyle.

Flowers has gone on to make seven appearances for the Yellows, but with the return to fitness of Troy Bourne and the pending return of fellow centre-back Scott Butler, he has been allowed to make the move closer to home.
