Warrington Town crashed out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle for the fourth successive season as they were beaten 3-0 by Bamber Bridge.
The visitors led 1-0 at the break courtesy of Jack Baxter’s strike and doubled their advantage within a minute of the restart, Kofi Moore firing home from inside the box.
Substitute Michael Potts headed home a third to complete the misery for the home fans on a drab and dreary rainy afternoon.
Baxter opened the scoring on 20 minutes, dummying to shoot and then taking the ball on and shooting low off the inside of the far post.
At the other end, Aidan Dowling got down well to save one-handed from Reece Daly and was beaten by Bohan Dixon on the stroke of half-time, only for Isaac Abankwah to get back and clear the ball away.
The killer blow came at the beginning of the second half, as virtually straight from the kick-off, Brig earned a throw in that Lewis Hey delivered in to the box. Ewan Bange flicked on for Moore, who had spent time at the Yellows during pre-season, to fire home.
Dixon had another chance when he failed to get any meaningful contact on a Dontai Gabidon pull back, and Jayden Lloyd glanced a header wide.
But the game was done as a contest on 71 minutes when skipper Potts glanced home a header from Hey’s corner.
