Preview: Warrington Town vs Darlington

Warrington Town return to National League North action this Saturday as they welcome Darlington to the Cal.Delivery Stadium.

The Yellows' last outing saw them knocked out of the Cheshire Senior Cup, as Stalybridge Celtic progressed through to the final of the competition with a 1-0 victory on Tuesday evening.

Darlington and Town played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture back in October, with Josh Amis appearing from the bench to score a brace to earn his side a point in the North East.

Below, we've compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.

Team news

Warrington Town physio Allie O'Neill recently provided an injury update ahead of this weekend's fixture and beyond.

Paul Carden will continue to be without the services of long-term absentees Evan Gumbs and Elliott Morris.

Josh Amis, Jay Harris and Bohan Dixon have been carrying knocks and will continue to be assessed on a game-to-game basis.

Meanwhile, Dana Amaral, Lee Williams and Ollie Southern will also be assessed for Saturday's clash against Darlington, while Joe Ackroyd will feature in his last game for the club, as he returns to parent club Guiseley upon the expiration of his loan deal on Saturday.
