Chris Doyle makes Warrington Town move

Warrington Town have completed the signing of defender Chris Doyle from Marine.
Doyle, 30, helped Marine to promotion to the National League North in 2023/24 and last season scored six goals in 26 appearances.
He has previously played for Southport and FC United, after coming through the youth ranks at Morecambe.
Doyle played alongside namesake Jack during his time at Southport, and fellow new signing Niall Watson, who arrived at the Cal.Delivery Stadium earlier this week from Hednesford Town.
Like Watson, Doyle has already trained with the squad and goes straight into contention for Saturday’s trip to Stocksbridge Park Steels.
