Warrington Town drawn at home in FA Cup

Warrington Town will host Bamber Bridge in the first qualifying round of this season's FA Cup.

All teams at Step 3 will enter the competition at this stage, and the Yellows have been drawn against another side in their own division.

The two last met competitively in the play-off final back in May 2023, when Isaac Buckley-Ricketts' stoppage-time goal saw the Yellows promoted to the National League North.

Paul Carden's side boast a strong record against the Brig, losing just one of their last 12 meetings in all competitions.

Ties will take place on Saturday 30 August.

Further information, including ticketing arrangements, will be announced in due course.
