Warrington Town welcome King’s Lynn Town to the UNIS Compliance Stadium this Saturday for more National League North action.
The Yellows will hope to build on their thrilling 3-3 draw against Spennymoor Town during their last home outing as they continue to search for their first win since mid-August.
A win could see Town move into the top half of the table, and potentially open a five-point gap on this weekend’s opponents.
Below, we’ve compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.
New signing Andre Wisdom goes straight into contention to make his Yellows debut this weekend.
Both Josh Amis and Bohan Dixon are unavailable, while Dylan Mottley-Henry and Arran Pettifer have both returned to their parent clubs following their respective loan spells.
Jay Harris, Matty McDonald, Evan Gumbs and Jordan Buckley are all still sidelined through injury.
Goalkeeper Dan Atherton insists the squad are looking to use the disappointment of last weekend’s FA Cup exit to fuel their motivation ahead of Saturday’s game against King’s Lynn.
Atherton is hoping the team can return to winning ways in an attempt to put a brief disappointing spell of results behind them.
The shot-stopper said: “We won’t sugar-coat it. As a team, we’re absolutely gutted to be out of the FA Cup – it’s a massive thing for the lads, and financially for the club as well.
“In terms of our next game, I don’t think we can target any specific matches in this league. King’s Lynn have had a difficult start, but they were in the play-off picture last season.
“It might be a chance for us to get at them if they’re lacking a bit of confidence, but they’ll be trying to do the same to us.
“It’s going to be another really difficult game, and one that we won’t be taking lightly.
“We want to beat every team in this league. The goal is always the same, so we’ll have a good couple of days training and make sure we’re as prepared as possible for the challenge ahead.”
