Warrington Town are on their travels this weekend as they embark on a 270-mile round trip to face Marske United in the Northern Premier League.
Unbeaten in 13, the Yellows will be keen to rediscover their winning formula following back-to-back goalless draws.
They come up against a Marske side that currently sits third-bottom in the league table, despite an impressive 2-1 victory at Nantwich Town in midweek.
The Seasiders have won just three league games at Mount Pleasant all season, and Mark Beesley’s side will be keen to worsen that record and re-claim third spot in the division having been overtaken by Radcliffe last weekend.
A number of the first team squad carrying knocks will be assessed ahead of Saturday’s game.
Jordan Buckley (illness) will be hoping to return, while recent signing Larnell Cole is pushing for a full Yellows debut after making a cameo off the bench last weekend.
Andy White returned to the bench last Saturday, and he will be in contention again following a recent ankle injury.
Warrington Town’s ability to turn draws into wins may prove pivotal in the Yellows’ fight for promotion, insists Mitch Duggan.
The Yellows are currently on a 13-game unbeaten run, but on eight occasions during that time, they have been forced to settle for a point.
“It’s pleasing to keep the unbeaten run going as it shows we’ve got good character and we’re tough to beat,” he said.
“At this stage of the season, we need to be turning those draws into wins, especially at home.
“In saying that, I’d rather be keeping clean sheets and maybe not scoring as much as we would like than leaking goals as it gives us something to build on.”
Saturday’s Northern Premier League fixture at Mount Pleasant kicks off at 3:00pm.
