Warrington Town are back on the road this weekend as they make the journey down to the TigerTurf Stadium to face Gloucester City in the National League North.
The Yellows will be looking for a response following last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at home to Peterborough Sports which ended their six-game unbeaten run.
Gloucester City also come into this game on the back of a 1-0 loss to Boston United last time out, with the Tigers currently sitting in the relegation zone in 22nd place.
Below, we’ve compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.
There are no fresh injury concerns for Mark Beesley’s side following last weekend’s defeat at the UNIS Compliance Stadium.
Manager Mark Beesley admits he is expecting another tough fixture for his side as they make the journey down to Gloucestershire this Saturday.
The Yellows will be hoping to replicate the performance in their last away outing in the 4-1 victory over Bishop’s Stortford, but Beesley is not leaving anything to chance.
“We’ve got two Saturdays before the midweek games start again, so we’ve just got to be ready,” Beesley said.
“It’s the level we’re at – we are playing against really good teams.
“Every game is really tough, and there are fine margins. We’ve come out on the wrong side last week – missing a penalty which would get us three points on Tuesday then on Saturday with poor defending – and it’s costing us.”
Saturday’s National League North fixture at the TigerTurf Stadium kicks off at 3pm. Match tickets, available to buy online or at the turnstiles, are priced as follows:
For supporters who cannot make the journey, live audio coverage will be available via the Yellows Mixlr channel.
