Warrington Town can confirm that Matt Grivosti has decided to leave the club.
Grivosti, 21, made a total of 89 appearances for the Yellows across two spells, either side of a stint at Bolton Wanderers.
He came off the bench in Saturday’s win at Radcliffe, and has been deputising at right-back in recent months, making eight starts, covering for injuries.
Writing on X, Grivosti said: “Good luck to the Yellows for the future. Really enjoyed my time at the club, wish them nothing but the best.
“Thank you to everyone involved. [I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
Paul Carden gave Grivosti his debut against FC United back in August 2021, and he soon scored his first goal for the club in a 2-2 draw at Bamber Bridge at the end of the same month.
Last season Grivosti made 44 appearances, including 40 in National League North, and departs the club having scored 13 goals.
The club wishes Matt all the best for the future.
