Lucky supporter wins big in Yellows Lottery end-of-season draw

Congratulations to Warrington Town supporter Martin Stephenson, who is the lucky winner of the £750 jackpot in our Yellows Lottery end-of-season draw.

In its first season, the Yellows Lottery has attracted just short of 300 players and raised more than £5,000.

The money generated through the Yellows Lottery is ring-fenced and will contribute to further ground improvements.

How does it work?

It costs £5 per month per number, paid on the 1st of every month, which gets you into every draw.

Numbers are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 1. Nobody gets to pick numbers.

The prize fund is 50% of the takings to the nearest 50 (e.g. the prize fund when there are 200 members is £100; which goes up to £125 when 250 members is reached).

There is no limit to the number of numbers people can purchase.

How do I sign up?

For more information or to sign up for the lottery, email: neil-pearson2@sky.com

The lottery has been registered with Warrington Borough Council.

When do the draws take place?

The weekly prize draw usually takes place on a Thursday, and is shared on the Warrington Town Supporters Facebook page and the Yellows Independent Supporters Trust Facebook page.
