League allocations confirmed for 2025/26 season

The FA have today released their league allocations for Step 1-4 ahead of the 2025/26 season. 

Following last season's relegation from the National League North, Warrington Town will be one of 22 teams in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.

Another of the relegated sides, Rushall Olympic, will join the Yellows in the NPL Premier Division.

Other new sides to the division are NPL East Division champions Cleethorpes Town and NPL West Division champions Widnes.

Hednesford Town and Stocksbridge Park Steels, who secured promotion via the Step 4 play-offs, have also been placed in the NPL Premier Division.
