Key dates confirmed for FA Cup and FA Trophy

Warrington Town will enter the FA Cup at the first round qualifying stage in the 2025/26 season.
That means the Yellows’ first game in the competition will be on Saturday 30th August, which is when all 88 Step 3 clubs enter.
We will be looking for our first win in the competition since a 2-1 victory at home to Morpeth Town in 2022.
In the FA Trophy, the Yellows will enter at the third round qualifying round stage on Saturday 4th October.
Our last win in that competition also came in 2022, a 3-1 win over South Shields. In Paul Carden’s previous spell in charge, the Yellows played 10 games in the FA Trophy in 2017/18 on the way to reaching the last 16.
