Since joining Warrington Town on loan from Preston North End in the summer, young Josh Seary has adapted well to the Northern Premier League, cementing a regular place in Mark Beesley’s starting XI over the last month.
The 18-year-old has made 10 appearances in all competitions so far this season and will look to add another when the Yellows face FC United of Manchester this weekend.
After a whirlwind start to life at Cantilever Park, Seary has expressed his delight over how his time at the club has unfolded.
“I’ve loved it,” he said. “Ever since I arrived, the manager, the staff and the rest of the players have been very welcoming.

“I can’t thank them enough, because it can be hard coming to a new club. They’ve all been brilliant with me, which has really settled the nerves.”
The young right-back has started every game since joining back in August, and has quickly risen to the challenges that come with playing in the Northern Premier League.
He believes the Yellows are capable of more this season, and is optimistic that the squad can improve on their recent run of form.
“It’s tough on the body, but you’ve got to adapt,” Seary admitted. “Playing Saturday-Tuesday is always hard, especially mentally, but It’s something I’ve really enjoyed.
“We’ve been throwing away a few games recently, drawing when we probably should’ve won.
“We’ve played very well, but it’s just about being more clinical in the final third.”
Mark Beesley’s side are currently 11th in the table, with a game in hand on their next opponents, FC United.

Saturday’s visitors will hope to gain some momentum after their league win over Matlock Town and a spirited display against Curzon Ashton, despite exiting the FA Cup at the second qualifying round stage last time out.
Seary is looking forward to the test and has high hopes for this weekend’s fixture.
“I know what the squad is like, I know what we’re capable of and I know that we can beat any team in this league,” he said. “We’ve got a very good group, and it’s only a matter of time until the wins start to come.
“We’re playing really well, but we’re just giving freak goals away and struggling to put the ball in the back of the net, but once we click and things start going for us, I’m confident that we can go on a really good run.
“Hopefully on Saturday, we can put in a good performance and get those three points.”
