Isaac Marriott hails the ‘valuable experience’ he will gain in the BetVictor Northern Premier Division with Warrington Town, having joined the club from Huddersfield Town.
The Huddersfield academy product joined on a youth loan just over a week ago, and will be at Cantilever Park for the remainder of the season.
Prior to joining the Yellows, the 20-year-old had made 22 appearances for National League North side Bradford Park Avenue, and has so far made two appearances from the bench for the club.
“This experience will be so valuable to me,” said Marriott.
“The more minutes I get, the better I will become and I feel I will get this chance here.
“The players are really good here and I feel we have a great dressing room, there is every chance we can push for the play offs and even gain promotion.”
Marriott has featured against FC United of Manchester and Ashton United in the league, as the side prepare for the trip to Stalybridge Celtic this Saturday before returning to Cantilever Park on Tuesday night to face Matlock Town.
“I’m really enjoyed getting to know the lads they have made me feel very welcome,” said Mariott.
“I’m looking forward to the challenge of working under Paul Carden.
“I feel he will be good for me going forward and will help make me a better player.
“Whilst being at the club, I want to make as big as an impact as I can. I want to try and get as many minutes in as I can and help the team to do well.”
The Yellows return to Cantilever Park on Tuesday, March 10, and host Matlock Town in the league with a 19:45pm kick off.
