Midfielder Bohan Dixon says the challenge of locking horns with promotion favourites South Shields is one that he and his Warrington Town team-mates will relish.
Shields arrive at Cantilever Park one point adrift of top spot in the Northern Premier League, six places above the Yellows.

Dixon, who has featured 20 times in all competitions this season, admits the squad will be excited by the challenge of facing a side laden with Football League experience.
“Personally, it couldn’t have been a better team to play in this league,” he said.
“If we can get a result, it would be massive for the squad. Its always a good contest against South Shields.
“We’ve trained well all week, preparing right on and off the field, so I’m sure we’ll be ready for the battle on Saturday.”

Dixon also hopes that a large crowd will be in attendance, with games between the two sides often proving to be entertaining affairs.
“Hopefully it’s a big turn out, as always, against them.
“It can only be a good thing financially for the club, and hopefully we can get the result that we all want.”
